March 24, 2020 — CDC issues an official guidance memo titled "CDC Alert 2" changing the rules for reporting deaths, suspending previous guidelines for the first time in 17 years, allowing many causes of mortality to be counted as "COVID-19" as the underlying cause, regardless of the actual cause.
94% of deaths will be shown by CDC data to have on average four additional serious underlying causes of mortality. This single-page release would define how Covid-19 deaths would be categorized and counted and begin a process by which all manner of deaths would be coded as U07.1 COVID-19.
This will lead to the wholly manufactured "Covid death" tally.
Shortly thereafter the WHO, on April 16th, 2020, would release its own document titled, “International Guidelines for Certification and Classification (Coding) of Covid-19 as Cause of Death.”
The WHO’s guidelines would define a Covid-19 death as, “a death resulting from a clinically compatible illness, in a probable or confirmed COVID-19 case, unless there is a clear alternative cause of death that cannot be related to COVID disease.”
The guidance goes on: “A death due to COVID-19 may not be attributed to another disease (e.g. cancer) and should be counted independently of preexisting conditions that are suspected of triggering a severe course of COVID-19.”

It will take me some time to thoroughly read the article, so I must admit that I am posting a comment maybe prematurely. But it is evident that you have done a thorough research of the subject. Since "day 1", it has been evident to me that covid deaths have been overcounted, just knowing the "positive test" policy. Never before deaths of any disease have been counted in that manner. I am certain that your analysis further validates this idea.
Thanks for putting these all in one spot — Graph 2 is interesting — whats the “non covid” piece of the spike I wonder? Have you thought about a FOIA for the 30k death certificates from that period?

There is no such thing as a "Covid death" outside propaganda systems.
From the CDC itself 7/16/21:
“Of the 540,667 hospitalized coronavirus patients included in the study, 80,174 died during the observation period (March 2020 to March 2021). A whopping 99.1% of the patients who died had at least one pre-existing condition, with just 740 having no prior condition on record. Most patients who "died from COVID" had multiple pre-existing conditions, with just 2.6% suffering from only one condition, compared to 32.3% who had two to five preexisting conditions, 39.1% who had six to ten, and 25.1% who have more than ten pre-existing conditions.”
Translation: No one has "died from Covid" as “Covid” is nothing more than a fraudulent PCR result plus a nebulous clinical re-branding of cold, “flu” and many other disease conditions.
It’s imperative that everyone stop ceding ground to these fascists by reifying the Big Lie that "Covid" is a unique disease and that it is responsible for a global pandemic.

That the # of deaths in the city would not match if someone went home to die outside the Burroughs makes sense to me. But that cause of death would not match doesn’t make sense to me. Cause should be fixed due to what is on the death certificate right?
It’s very simple they were all killed by the medical treatment. The medical industrial complex killed them. Not sure yet if it was done purposely but it was from the treatments not the damn underlying disease. If they had introduce remdisver as part of the treatment protocol there is where it is.
