These people should not be in the “education” business, and science/health in particular. “When this virus is over, ignorance will still be contagious, and distancing from those who spread it will still be in order.” —The Ethical Skeptic
But if we get Tom DeVore elected as AG. Maybe people will start to be accountable
I hosted an awake Illinois meeting at the beginning of the school year last year , and one guest said we must sue the IDPH for there polices. I now realize she’s right ! It’s the ISBE the IDPH and the schools.
We have to maintain hope there will be accountability. I’m anxious for November elections. I won’t lose hope before a November!
Getting suspended by Twitter wasn't in your plans, I have to figure, but it's easier to understand these kinds of problems when the relevant material is presented here, than when it's presented in a series of tweets.
My unvaccinated son with Autism was put into quarantine because of exposure so many times last year. We requested he repeat 7th grade. He’s vaccinated peers remained at school when exposed. Clearly intimidation and discrimination from IDPH and he school to push covid vaccines and masks. Since it is a private Christian school there is not much I can do. But I’m praying daily public schools are held accountable
In June 2020 the administrator of the Champaign County Public Health attended a protest.
“ A lot of people are dealing with uncertainty and fear for the first time during the pandemic. We are out here in solidarity with people who live that everyday,” Pryde said. “People are fed up.”
She acknowledged that she is concerned the protests and reopening of businesses may lead to outbreaks of COVID-19. Pryde says the public health district is a resource for those who become ill, and that they’re ramping up their contact tracing capabilities.”
IDPH should be held accountable for giving guidelines that discriminate against unvaccinated people , especially children. And the schools who volunteered to follow these guidelines should be legally held accountable too.
You wrote, "Someone with legal standing, money, and guts might be able to hold these Illinois entities — and many more — accountable." I keep hoping some legal association will take some students and/or employees up on this and get some lawsuits going. Common sense, laws, lots of good data, and rules continue to be ignored. In the USA it seems that many of these institutions need to be hit in the pocketbook to see the light.
Why? Because they know they can discriminate against wealthy elites and their children. They’ve written a 2nd secret constitution that you don’t have access to (https://youtu.be/-P2bDgwvv2E), and it is now applied to healthcare.

If I’m reading this correctly then every person who quarantined without and IDPH order has a lawsuit. Correct?

Perhaps students should sue.

This is one of several tragic suicides on campus in the last 2.5 years, as a result of the student being put in "isolation/quarantine". Students were treated horribly. Force to move to quarantine-designated dorms, with little contact from anyone during the isolation period. https://www.nbcchicago.com/news/local/suburban-college-student-dies-by-suicide-after-struggling-with-isolation/2392878/

Someone needs to sue
